There is important element in the craft of conversation is Self Empathy. Over the past two decades a growing number of thinkers have suggested that extending empathy towards other people, particularly in conversations, requires a degree of self empathy.
One of the best ways to achieve that state is to meditate on feeling that transcend our mental afflictions. If, for instance, we gradually let our mind be invaded by a feeling of love and compassion for all beings, the warmth of such a thought will very likely melt the ice of our frustrations, while its gentleness will cool the fire of our desires.
What are we teaching them in schools and colleges? are we teaching them happiness? we are giving birth their to sad, serious faces. We are producing a person who is sad and serious, for whom life is not a play, but a burden.
