Empty yourself, let go of all apprehensions  and worries; invoke your Beloved Lord and commune like a child would do to her mother. The responsibility to make us happy and healthy is completely ours. We are trained to think x will make me happy. Y will make me healthy. That is the fallacy of our education system. Control nature, exploit nature.Control others, exploit others. When we believe that happiness lies by bringing everything under my control this is the demon ego at the root of all misery. Yoga, Pranayama and meditation give you a new education,  the art to slow down your brain waves, to enter into your subconscious and change the programs and habits that run your life.  Nothing changes till your subconscious changes.   Related posts: No related posts.

What we are thinking is also creating its own corresponding feelings in our body. Thoughts of anger, guilt, shame, lower self-esteem, fear or depression create similar feelings in the body.
