When we talk about Perfect well being, we often have a perfect body or physical health in mind. We often forget that optimal health and wellness considers the whole person in terms of body, mind, spirit and emotions. The inter relationship between mind, body and spirit is a wonderful connection and any disease affecting one of these areas must affect all other parts of the person. Understanding, supporting and tapping into the power of this connection are three pillars of Reiki .It also helps in happiness enhancement and manifesting your true desires. Happyho also provide best Meditation classes and yoga classes in Noida and Delhi NCR India area.
The meaning of the word Reiki is healing energy that comes from the divine. According to Dr. Mikao Usui, happiness is the most wonderful medicine for each and every disease. Reiki removes the blockages of our body, helps us to identify our negative thought processes and gives us the strength and capability to clear them.
Let’s now go through a simple and magical way to begin a Happy Ho attitude and a joyful, healthier life by incorporating the five simple principles of reiki in our everyday life.

  1. Just for today, I will not worry

The first principle of Reiki teaches us to learn How to be in the now. If u want to be happy you have to learn the mantra to be in the moment. Ask yourself every morning: What is it that I am seeking for? What actually gives me happiness? Do I really want to be happy? Am I just chasing or doing things that I think will make me happy but never achieving the state of happiness?
Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude. — Denis Waitley
We do want to be happy, in the literal sense of the word. But, our perception of happiness is somewhat camouflaged. We feel like we’ll be happy “when” something else happens. Some situation, thing, or person is going to bring happiness into our lives. But that’s never really the case, is it?
So reiki tells you to take one day at a time and be here and now. Be in the magic of the moment and you will not have to worry about the next.
. 2.- Just for today, I will not be angry.
Anger at others or oneself, creates serious blockages in one’s energy. It is the most harmful inner enemy of our body and mind. The first thing we need to learn is that to suppress our anger is not good for our health.. It will put undue pressure on us. Anger is nothing to be ashamed of. We are all human and it is natural to be angry at times. However, not feeling anger isn’t the healthiest option for emotional development. A healthier option is to feel your anger and express it in the correct manner. Anger that is felt repeatedly at a certain person or situation causes a buildup of toxic energy in our system. If we do not provide an outlet to this energy it will surely explode one day.
Try to remain calm and unaffected when things do not happen according to your expectation. Try to maintain your cool when someone says something wrong about you. Their opinion reflects their opinion based on their mood that day. Their opinion reflects their reality not yours.
Reiki healing helps to release the toxic anger that has been depositing in the body since many years and teaches us effective anger management. It converts all the past causes of anger which have been creating imbalances in the energy system of the body.

  1. Just for today, I will be grateful

Be grateful every moment of your life. Creating an attitude of gratitude is one of the most simple and easiest thing that you can do to improve your life. Life can be tough at times but stop complaining about it. Acknowledge everything about you and around you- birds, animals, trees, rivers, rain, rainbows, friends, family. Find the positive side in every situation of life. Allow people to be the way they are. Surrender to the divine. Do your bit and let Him take care of everything else.
. Inner intention is the important element in this principle. Simple things as thanks, forgiveness, smile, good words, gratitude can improve others life and make them happy.
Being thankful brings Joy to the Spirit and Peace to the mind.

  1. Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

When we are not being honest with ourselves, whether in professional or personal situations, we become dissatisfied. We know in our hearts when we are being honest. Dissatisfaction is also caused when we let fear make our choices and we are not living the life of our dreams and talents. When we work honestly, we invite peace and abundance in our life.
The more you love what you do, the more honest you are in what you are doing more joyful and radiant you will be working honestly will bring Abundance into your Soul.
Reiki works upon the chakra blockages in our body which might be weighing us down and keeping us away from being honest and to give our hundred percent to our lives.

  1. Just for today I will be kind and loving to every living being around me

Being kind to people around us we bring love into will. Reiki teaches you to be kind and courteous t everyone who crosses our path, to be kind in word and deed. As Dr Schweitzer said, No one should ever have to carry a burden alone.
Let us be of some use to the world by lightening the burden of someone else. Let us dare to reach into the darkness to pull someone into the light.
Kindness and compassion reminds us to halt and for that particular moment, we rise above ourselves.
It is very important that in order to have a peaceful world, we must first establish peace within ourselves.
When we practice kindness and compassion we change for the better — and so does our world.
When we include kindness in our day to day life even minimally, we sometimes don’t realize marvelous effect it is going to have in our entire lives.
Beginning today treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again.
