Mindfulness: The Master Key by Swami Chaitanya Keerti is a voyage into the very depth of our being. I was so moved and inspired by how well this book explores the subject of Mindfulness that I have prescribed it as a required book for a course that I am teaching at Baldwin Wallace University in Fall 2019. I found the book immensely captivating- the writing is so engaging and smooth that reading it feels effortless. I am so excited to share the experience of the book with my students in introducing them to the marvels and mysteries of mindfulness. Here, in a nutshell, are some of the book’s greatest virtues that led me to instantaneously adopt it as a required book for my course. Happyho also provides best Meditation and Tarot classes in Noida and Delhi NCR India area The style of writing is disarmingly simple, enabling the reader to enjoy a state of mindfulness even in reading the book. Mindfulness is therefore not something the book is trying to teach you in a technical manner, but in merely reading the book, the reader is able to experience mindfulness through the ways in which the stories and the metaphors begin to very gently invite you into a state of relaxed consciousness. Unlike many other books on mindfulness that follow an academic approach, the author uses humor and lightheartedness to help the reader overcome the stress and seriousness that plague our lives in the modern world. Inspired by the Indian mystical genius of Osho, the author, who had known Osho personally, is able to transmit the power of Osho’s teachings through compelling anecdotes and quotes that move the reader. The book is divided into really small, bite-sized chapters that make reading the book very easy and maintains a very high level of interest. I could not find a single section of the book which was dull or boring. I am amazed that anyone can write a book that can move the reader so quickly through very diverse subtopics related to mindfulness and do it with such grace, elegance, and lightness of spirit. The topics covered are very exhaustive at the same time and the reader is given a direct experience of different pathways and approaches to mindfulness. The books, therefore, will be appealing to people with many varied learning styles and dispositions- another factor that made me prescribe the book for university course because I know that every student- regardless of their learning style- will find great value in the book. The book feels like an inspiring piece of music. I have read through the same chapter at different times in the day and find myself noticing or absorbing something different each time. I would recommend this book with the greatest confidence to anyone interested in exploring the marvels of consciousness.
