Chaplin made everyone laugh but he himself had a painful life. Comedians say that they make people laugh but they hide pain inside themselves. A life of a joker in a circus is not easy. This world is no less than a huge circus and every one of us is a joker here. We all are hiding huge pain in inside us.
Polarities exists there is much laughter in pain. We laugh to hide pain. The art is to laugh in the pain.
Pain is of two types. One is of body and other is of spirit or emotional pain. Pain is always in mind but in emotional pain we say my Heart in bleeding. If there is a pain, mind signals it out and we feel it. Our association with pain is always expressed in negative emotions such as cry, Yael, shout or anger.
Laughter is in heart. And if heart is bleeding in pain it means that the pain is overwhelming than laughter. Here is the opportunity to heal the pain and let go pain in your laughter. Just breathe it out.
Laughter is the most potential painkiller. Laughter helps you to disassociate yourself with body and for that moment in your profound laughter your mind stops and pain disappear.
So comedians who hide their pain actually elevate their pain in their laughter. Knowingly or unknowingly.
Do a small experiment. Next time when you have any kind of pain try to laugh and laugh aloud till the laughter   start arising on its own. Continue to do this for 15 minutes and then relax and sit down. Now breathe in through your nose and imagine that positivity and goodness of the universe is coming in. Breathe out through your mouth gently imagining the pain is going out. Continue this breathe in and breathe out for 10 minutes. Now sit in silence for 5 minutes. Play a soothing music of your choice preferably music from nature.
You will experience the Laughter in Pain.
