Make sure you set your day in the morning with the thought that you will not surrender to your unconscious habitual pattern of repetition of battling with external forces that steal your happiness. Keep awake to realize that you are a spirit soul free from ego-prison, a happy soul, detached from sense bound pains and worries. True peace and happiness is only in our soul not in restless monkey mind. To be mindful is to be soulful.
