Learn deep breathing and mindful breathing practices. There are a million videos on the net. Select the authentic one. Practice. You have to increase your power to exhale. As such the more stressed you are the shorter your exhalation and more accumulation of carbon dioxide inside your body! You know what can happen out of it. So, during this spike period of the deadly virus make sure you take care of your breaths. Only mask and social distancing cannot protect you enough! 
Breathe and meditate and have more vegetables and fruits.
