Body is the mini-universe. Asanas Pranayama and Dhyana create the bridge to the Universe. Separation of the inner and outer is the root of all agony and suffering. Don’t spend time worrying about the world and it’s chaos and pandemic. Move within. Nostrils and breaths are your gateway to the abode of heart, the seat of unconditional love. That is your Home. Spend more time in your Home. Let breaths and Knower (Sakshi) of breaths dance together creating peace that is existential.
