How do you know your sadhana is bearing fruits? Your areas of worries and anxieties, reactions and regrets, external situations remain the same. You will not be the same any more. You will not react negatively so easily. You will be conscious when anger is coming and you will pause and respond so that the other is not hurt yet your message is given. Worries will come but you will step back, pause, see the higher purpose, and trust more in the power of Divine will and act with prudence. You now carry an air that others will feel as an aura of positive delight. You are more in the Moment than in the past or future.
