It is very important that you release certain memories of the past that create guilt or resentment if you want to be happy. Most of the time the mind dwells in those painful memories by default. It is the subconscious mind. You need to release such unpleasant clutter by first relaxing your body and breathing consciously, and then say, ‘I am happy I went through that experience for it was the need of the soul, now it is over, I release it into the light. All is well in my life.’
