In the midst of daily activities find time to stop, to pause, don’t do, don’t allow unconscious thoughts to pass over the screen of your mind, collect your self, and observe your breaths and the very energy of your body, the rhythm of your breaths, feel you mind calming down, and in that space of silence enjoy the company of the Divine Mother.
