Not everyone can walk the path of meditation or self-enquiry! It all depends what is your natural tendency? If you are an emotional type, a heart person, bhakti is your path. If analytical and rational then Jnana is your path. If you have hardly any time to practice these paths and are busy, then karma yoga is your path; mindfulness will slow you down and allow you not to rust out soon. But whichever path you walk; love, compassion, forgiveness would only make your journey calming and peaceful! At the end of the day you long to be calm and peaceful and happy! So be it!
