On the 6th of September 2019, Jwalant Swaroop along with Dr. Nonah Khanna and Sukanya Bhardwaj from Team Happy Ho were invited to the office of National Fertilizer Limited to conduct a workshop on “Emotional Wellness for Work-Life Balance”, because we all need to look away from work for a little bit and enjoy this beautiful journey called life. As a part of the workshop, Dr. Nonah helped the staff learn certain kinds of meditation like ‘healing the body’ and ‘humming’. Next, she took questions from the audience, either personal or professional, and provided the questioner some guidance using her Tarot Cards. This particular part of the workshop generated a lot of curiosity and interest from within the audience. And with this the workshop came to an end.
