On January 8th, 2020 from 10am to 1:30pm, the Happy Ho Team shared a wonderful session with the team Promega Biotech Pvt Ltd at the Heritage Village Resort, Manesar. Promega Corporation is a Madison, Wisconsin-based manufacturer of enzymes and other products for biotechnology and molecular biology with a portfolio covering the fields of genomics, protein analysis and expression, cellular analysis, drug discovery and genetic identity.
Our Founder & CEO, Jwalant Swaroop and Healer & Tarot Specialist Sumita Y. Gooyal facilitated the session which started with a Happiness Song using which the participants tried to reclaim their inner child, followed by a Humming Meditation which lasted for some 60 minutes and aimed at relaxing the body and the mind, Chakra Healing Meditation and Gratitude Exercise. The session concluded with a one-on-one Tarot Reading session with Sumita wherein the participants got a chance to ask her a question which she’d answer using her Osho Zen cards deck.
The participants thoroughly enjoyed every session and did took back an experience of transforming to a happier being. Rajnish Bharti, Director & General Manager at Promega Biotech India Pvt Ltd had a very positive feedback for the session conducted and looked forward to more of these.
