Watch your mind for a few seconds. Try to see the character of your thoughts and related feelings. They all belong to your past or future. You are repeating your past; you are creating the same future. Only practice of Mindfulness can bring you to the present Moment. Even for a few seconds if you stop, breathe slowly and deeply and mindfully, you will have a different quality of your consciousness. You will touch deeply whatever you are seeing, listening, doing. You are in tune with your Being. Being is in perennial bliss. You will be blissful.
