If you hold on to old hurts, grudges and resentments you will invariably land up in that spiral of negative emotions. They will rob your present and pull you to past and dip you in a painful state of mind. Living in water how long can you fight with a crocodile? Don’t fight your negative emotions nor try to run away, you have to LET them go. You have to release them with conviction that it is no longer needed for you are done with that bit of Karma. Lift your mind and meditate on the Grace that surrounds you NOW, and say Thank you to life!
