Your practice of meditation and mindfulness should take you gradually into state of awareness of your inner conversation, your self-talk. When you talk inside don’t think no body is listening, the whole universe listens to your self-talk. Let your self-talk be one of acceptance of Divine Grace and affirmation of the reality that God loves you as you are! Let the musings be of remembrance of His Holy Name and His love for you and your love for Him/Her/ That!
