How can you practice self-love as your daily sadhana?
Give your body the food that will create good health at ALL levels — physical, mental and emotional. Remember, the gross part of the food creates the gross body. The subtle part of the food creates the mind and intelligence. Choose consciously, with love.
Give your breath your company, your love, your attention. Loving yourself that is breath, or prana or chi, gives your mind your time and friendship.
Let your mind get your undivided attention, your love and nonjudgmental awareness. Self Love is loving your body-mind-breath in a such a way that you feel blessed. You come to realize there is no greater gift in this world than this body-mind-breath. It is the perfect instrument for the spiritual transformation for which you are born in a human body in this physical world.
