Just look back in your life and recognise the fact that the best of times did not last, nor were the bad times forever! Only the experiencer was and is the same. All miseries of life are to allow the mind to dwell on negative experiences and possibilities. Through meditation develop non-judgmental awareness; feel that in this world of impermanence only your witnessing Atman (Self) is the reality. To be in the Self is to be truly happy.
