Coronavirus Might Attack the Brain, Too–writes Robert Roy Britt in his article published recently (on the web https://elemental.medium.com//) It’s not yet clear how SARS-CoV-2 might be affecting the brain, but experience with other viruses, including the flu, suggests it certainly could make its way there.
Coronaoia seems to have gripped the whole of humanity in the last 2 months. It is becoming more of a psychological, mental or emotional state for the majority of people because they hear only one word CORONA twenty-four hours, day-in, day-out, though there is no day-out, nor way-out. And they have to remain in isolation. So, there is another dimension of discussion has opened up known as Coronaoia. The article in the Medium adds: Meanwhile, it’s not clear whether or to what extent the coronavirus attacks the brain directly versus Covid-19’s respiratory effects robbing the brain of oxygen.
“It is very difficult to separate the two,” says Chethan Rao, MD, a practicing physician and associate professor of neurology and neurosurgery at Baylor College of Medicine Medical Center.
The other day, the New York Times also reported something very unpleasant: Domestic Abuse Rises Worldwide. Movement restrictions aimed to stop the spread of the coronavirus may be making violence in homes more frequent, more severe and more dangerous.
In such a dismal and depressing situation, I wish to urge the whole world in isolation, that there’s a way out–and the way out is the way within. It is god-gifted to all of us. it is in the movement of our energy: Let the dormant energy move into dance. Instead of being frozen into Coronaoid, become Nataraj, the lord of Dance. Bring this powerful energy to your brain, your psyche and your soul–and uplift yourself. From the space of gravitation, rise to the space of infinite grace.
Osho does not teach the worship of Shiva as Nataraj–He teaches us to Be Nataraj ourselves. Nataraj is the energy of dance. This is dance as a total meditation, where all inner division disappears and a subtle, relaxed awareness remains. There are three stages, lasting a total of 65 minutes.
“Forget the dancer, the center of the ego; become the dance. That is the meditation. Dance so deeply that you forget completely that ‘you’ are dancing and begin to feel that you are the dance. The division must disappear; then it becomes a meditation.”
“If the division is there, then it is an exercise: good, healthy, but it cannot be said to be spiritual. It is just a simple dance. Dance is good in itself – as far as it goes it is good. After it, you will feel fresh, young. But it is not meditation yet. The dancer must go, until only the dance remains…. Don’t stand aside, don’t be an observer. Participate!”
“And be playful. Remember the word playful always – with me it is very basic.”

First Stage: 40 minutes
With eyes closed, dance as if possessed. Let your unconscious take over completely. Do not control your movements or witness what is happening. Just be totally in the dance.
Second Stage: 20 minutes
Keeping your eyes closed, lie down immediately. Be silent and still.
Third Stage: 5 minutes
Dance in celebration and rejoice.

Try this. My suggestion may prove a powerful solution to Coronaiod people.
“I teach you nothing else but celebration. Religiousness has fallen into wrong hands, and they have made the whole world sad and miserable. I want the world to be filled with laughter, with joy, with festivity. The whole life, moment to moment has to be lived as a celebration. That is the only relgious life. You have every potential and every opportunity. Just a little relaxed effortless melting into the ocean that surrounds you–and the dance begins. And the dance never ends.”
