Meditation is a simple movement from doing to non-doing, from efforts to effortless ease and relaxation. It is the simplest state of our pure being and always the center of our universe. We only need to begin to be a watcher, an observer of the thinking and rippling mind, the waves in the ocean of the mind, and as we become absorbed in the pure essence of this watchfulness, we are drowned in an inner silence filled with delight of unspeakable dimensions.
