Practice as much mindfulness as possible when things are going good. Do small things, not as you did before, but as a witness to all your doing. Stop, ask yourself “Who is doing? Who is eating, talking, walking?” This will completely change who you are. Not an addictive “doer” but witness to all doings and happenings. You become like a yogi, a lotus with its stem inside the mud. Smiling to the sun!
