Whoever comes into your life, comes by Karmic attraction, “rinanubandhan” as Shirdi Sai used to say. Whoever leaves you, is also by karmic process of prarabdha being over. That way we are all connected to each other for births. Once you realise the essence of this karmic give and take, you rise above painful attachments and unite with God. Karma thus is a very subtle science that runs our life on this planet!
