Ingredients

  • 300 grams watermelon cubes
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 50 gm feta cheese
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp mixed Italian herbs
  • 2 tsp mixed pumpkin and chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1thinly sliced onion

How to Cook

Mix black salt, vinegar, seeds, honey, coriander, herbs, chaat masala and lemon juice in olive oil. Your dressing is ready.
Add dressing to the bowl.
Grate freta cheese over it.
Chill and serve.
