Tai Chi

Soft, gentle and swaying moves of Tai Chi help in stress bursting and relaxing. Though it was initially developed as a form of self-defence, Tai Chi is now described as meditation in motion. It has evolved into a gentle exercise form that relaxes both mind and body and fills a person with positive energy.

Tai Chi encourages synchronisation of mind and body. Every posture of Tai Chi seamlessly blends into the next one without any pause in between.

While Happy Ho holds Tai Chi workshops, it also facilitates Tai Chi passion trails. These two to three day events held at exotic locations work miraculously well as stress busters and EQ enhancers.
