Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki, if translated literally means ‘spiritually guided life force energy’. Reiki healing obviously means healing through this spiritually guided life force energy.
The fundamental principle behind Reiki healing is that if one’s ‘life force energy’ is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki healers channel their vital energy to the person they are healing and thereby enhance body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki is often described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing as the practitioner places hands lightly on or over the body of person he/she is healing, and thus transmits positive energy.
Reiki healers state that it is a natural method for spiritual healing that ultimately leads to complete happiness.
At Happy Ho, we offer a Reiki course under the guidance of Dr. Nonah Khanna, our Master Healer. And we are proud to announce that one of her students, Deevyaa Gaaurav Joshi, recently completed the course.

It was a wonderful experience doing the Reiki course from Happy Ho. Being the mother of a 2 year old baby, I was bound in terms of time and had very little of it. The team at Happy Ho was very adjusting and I did the course as per my available timings. Their office is a very pleasant space; whenever I go there I get pleasant vibes.
And about the teacher (Dr. Nonah Khanna), she is an excellent teacher and a good human being too. She explained everything nicely and in a manner which was easy to understand. The best part about her is that she never forces you to follow her ways. She lets the person be free and encourages one to listen to his or her own intuition.
