Just pause, hold your breath, release with a deep long breath of joy, peace and awareness of its gift, Yes, the moment is born, you gave birth to it, and the labor process was your disconnection from habitual unconsciousness and waking up into your Divine inheritance.  It is all in the present moment. The mystic ‘Now’. Search, seek, find, be Free.
