As long as you have a feeling you are born and you have a body, you will have suffering and fear of death. You can’t escape it. 

Now, start feeling deeply, your body is born, not You. You are the birthless deathless pure one. All suffering ends here. All fears end here.  All suffering and fear have a great purpose, a unique design, it is only to liberate you from illusion of birth and deaths, fears and suffering. 
You and I are in essence Buddha, Bodhi!
