TO BE MINDFUL IS TO BE GRATEFUL

Mindfulness creates a deep sense of gratitude, an attitude, which is true prayer and worship. Gratitude fills us with an inner calm and golden aura of peace. I have always seen a happy person is always grateful for every little thing of life. When we are alert and awake we see reasons to be happy where there is apparently no reason!
