All you want is to be happy and healthy; but watch your daily practices, what do you ingest in your body and mind? Very few people avoid stale food, food that is cooked and refrigerated and then reheated and eaten. Very few avoid canned foods that have preservatives. Very few avoid white poisons like sugar, iodized salt, maida (refined flour). These slowly poison the body. Disease follows.  Stale thoughts, i mean, old unpleasant memories and resentments – poisons for mind!  Are we ready to give these up?  Happiness and good health are our birthright!
