Children are so happy because they are mostly in a semi-trance like state and in their inner world, not analysing so much from the outside world. Meditation is to once again get back to that child like state of being innocent and open to the inner world of blissfulness. Adults are always running out of time! Stressfulness is a constant companion. Money and medication are prime priorities. How about meditation to slow down and be a child for sometime in the morning and evening? Is it a stupid question?
