Stress is not only inevitable but is good as it hones our attention and helps us perform better. But if its toxins are accumulated in the bins of body mind then it would lead to chronic stress that is a killer! Be not afraid of stress, be mindful you don’t accumulate it but release it through daily yoga, pranayama, walking, and music, anything that helps you to RELAX, for that is the antidote to all negative stress.
