Ingredients
1.One red or green apple
2. Few mint leaves
3. One fourth cup orange juice
4.One fourth cup coconut water
5.One bowl of chopped spinach
6.One teaspoon honey
7. Few ice cubes
8. Juice of one lemon
Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a juicer or blender.
  • Pour it in a glass and enjoy the delicious and healthy smoothie.
