All of us want to be happier. However, instead of taking a few basic steps that would keep us in a positive frame of mind and make us happier, we run behind goals and ambitions.
Ironically, if they took a few basic steps towards happiness, goals would become so much more attainable as you would have positive energy and work towards them in a much calmer way.
This section is dedicated to providing direction towards Do it Yourself activities. These can be done by you yourself, are not time consuming and are simple to do.
